I totally enjoyed every morsel of my first meal at Woodys on Saturday. The onion hay was light, delicate and so tasty. My burger was cooked just right with such great flavor. I asked alot of questions like I always do, and instead of the usual blank looks I normally get from today's food workers, I got detailed answers from the manager and employees about the food and where it comes from and how its prepared. The atmosphere is relaxed and homey and the place is kept spic and span.
5 Stars from me on all fronts.

My wife and I were vacationing to the Hudson Valley to visit some dear old friends that we haven't seen in quite some time. As we drove from West Point along the historic route 218 we found ourselves in Cornwall NY. Both of us hungry, we stumbled across Woody's and pulled on in.

All I can say is I wish we had a Woody's in Florida! The place is so charmingly decorated. Bright and airy with a hometown touch. We got there at a time when things weren't so busy and we were greeted by a manager who proceeded to guide us through the menu and welcome us warmly. The hardest part was deciding which milkshake to order for dessert because we knew we had to have an all natural burger.

From start to finish our meal was fantabulous. Friendly staff, clean facilities, and most importantly delicious food. Glad we got there early because as we headed out the New York crowd was upon us.

Best burger I ever had! 10 STARS from Don and Hilda C!

Thanks for having the sense to make REAL food out of what we think of as fastfood.
I mean, I love a burger and fries now and then. But I CANNOT go to MickeyDs, BK, or even the new chains trying to disguise themselves as healthy or local.

I drive from Westchester to eat at Woody's. THANKS

Awesome experience from the great atmosphere to the downhome good food. My only complaint is that there isn't a Woodys in my town! My 97 year old father commented that the employees were exceptionally friendly. If he's impressed I'm impressed! And the onion stack was mouth watering!

No wonder this place won best burger of the Hudson Valley. Unbelievable! You can eat one, enjoy the heck out of it, and not get that post-Mcdonalds sick to your stomach feeling. Real food from local sources. What a concept! The staff was friendly and the place was clean and warm. We need more family restaurants like this. The peanut butter fudge milkshake was to die for too.
